MAY 1, 2008 - Margarita Cano – DIVINE PRESENCE - VIP Opening on Thursday, May 1st. A woman artist of proved trajectory will tackle the issue of representation of the divine. Contextualizing the Madonna, saints, and angels in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean in general, Ms. Cano seeks immediacy and the end of a hieratic distance.
